Hi, I’m Zach Blank! I am shaping Gen Z + Gen A culture by creating the most compelling digital content on earth For the past 3.5 years, I've worked with Nick DiGiovanni to bring big ideas to life.

Dreaming + doing

I like to think of myself as a dreamer and problem solver combined.

1) I come up with crazy ideas to grow one of the biggest food brands in the world
2) I figure out the step-by-step to turn those ideas into reality.

For example, there’s the time we made the world’s largest sushi roll. What started as a fantasy turned into a 3000 pound masterpiece in our studio.  End to end, I made it all happen (though I did not expect to have rice stuck in my shoes for weeks).

Over the past few years, I have generated 10+ billion views 30+ million followers, 2x Streamy Awards for Best Food Creator, 7x New York Times Best Seller Awards, 11x Guinness World Records and more.

Creating trends on social media

Producing some of the most viral food content on the internet, like that time we spent a year training rats to make ratatouille (seriously).

A-list partnerships

Leading innovative content strategies and development, engaging millions of viewers through Guinness World Records achievements and high-profile celebrity collaborations.

How did I get here?

From watching Food Network, to building it.

As a kid, I would race home from elementary school to watch TV—not for cartoons, but for the Food Network, where my love for food and storytelling began. I pursued that passion by studying media at Northwestern and working my way through marketing roles in college at major food brands like Shake Shack. In 2021, I sent Nick DiGiovanni a cold email that landed me a dream job in building the largest food media company on the planet.
