I like to think of myself as a dreamer and problem solver combined.
1) I come up with crazy ideas to grow one of the biggest food brands in the world
2) I figure out the step-by-step to turn those ideas into reality.
For example, there’s the time we made the world’s largest sushi roll. What started as a fantasy turned into a 3000 pound masterpiece in our studio. End to end, I made it all happen (though I did not expect to have rice stuck in my shoes for weeks).
As a kid, I would race home from elementary school to watch TV—not for cartoons, but for the Food Network, where my love for food and storytelling began. I pursued that passion by studying media at Northwestern and working my way through marketing roles in college at major food brands like Shake Shack. In 2021, I sent Nick DiGiovanni a cold email that landed me a dream job in building the largest food media company on the planet.
